I've enjoyed living in several fabulous places such as Southern California and Orlando Florida but Myrtle Beach is the place that won my heart in more ways than one. I fell in love with the beautiful beaches and warm, friendly people, especially long-time resident Ashley Harper, now my husband of 23 years and real estate partner. We have one son, Christian, who is a freshman at Coastal Carolina University studying computer science and enjoying Greek life as a Pi Cappa Phi pledge.

I started a new career in real estate in 2001 after years as a marketing manager for several Myrtle Beach attractions such as the water park and music theatres and coordinating contemporary Christian concerts. We also had a pretty successful sideline building homes which ultimately led me to a career in real estate. Why? I love real estate. Lots, townhomes, oceanfront condos, and houses big and little, old and new. Most people say they got into real estate to help people. I didn't. But that turned out to be the great part of the job. The important thing for you to know is that I am really good at taking care of the business of real estate - marketing property, negotiating, finding just the right home at the right price, and dogging every single detail of the closing so you don't have to. Helping you sell your home or investment property or find your dream home is my job - making it easy for you is my pleasure.

I find balance in yoga, the beach, snow skiing, scuba diving and, of course, good books, good wine and good friends.
